Call for papers
The organizing committee invites papers, workshop proposals and poster proposals from teachers of English from schools, colleges, universities and government academic departments, teacher trainers, research scholars and interested professionals on the theme of the conference -
Multiple Intelligence and English Language or Literature Teaching
Both abstracts and completed papers are to be typed as MS Word documents in Times New Romans font of 12 points and 1.5 line spacing.
Each presentation would be of 25 minutes. The word limit for abstracts is 200 words and that of full articles is 2500 words. Selected papers would be published in a volume at the earliest.
Submission: One soft copy (either in a CD or as an e-mail attachment e-mail: eltai_bangla@yahoo.com / susantab_ciefl@rediffmail.com) and one hard copy.

HOW TO REACH SURI: Suri is the headquarters of Birbhum district of West Bengal. Suri Rly station falls on the Andal – Sainthia rail line. The important Rly stations with which Suri is connected by bus/train are Bolpur Shantiniketan, Bardhaman, Durgapur, Andal, Assansol, Saintia and Rampurhat Rly stations.

CALL FOR PAPERS
Proposals for Paper/Workshop/Poster Presentations are invited dealing on the theme of the conference as well as any other aspect of teaching English language or literature. Both the abstracts and completed papers are to be typed as Microsoft Word documents in Times New Roman font of 12 points and 1.5 line spacing.
The abstract should not be in more than 200 words and must be sent along with a brief CV of the paper presenter to eltai_india@yahoo.co.in with a copy to sdawoodshah@yahoo.co.in.
Also a hard copy along with a DD in respect of the Registration fee prescribed should be sent to

SIVARAMAN ENDOWMENT PRIZES FOR PAPER PRESENTERS.
ACCOMMODATION (For Indian delegates): Prior intimation and advance payment of Rs.700 are necessary for reserving accommodation (three days only) for outstation delegates.
No request in this regard will be entertained after 31st July, 2010. In case of cancellation, ninety per cent of the advance paid will be returned provided intimation is given before 20-7-2010.
Foreign delegates may contact eltai_india@yahoo.co.in for details regarding reservation for accommodation.
